How fast do prescriptions get filled?

Most e-prescriptions are reviewed within the same business day (Thu–Fri). We ship USPS Priority, so patients typically receive their medication 2–3 business days after filling.

Do you need insurance information?

No. PostScript is a cash-pay pharmacy. Your patient pays our published flat rate — no copay coordination, no prior auth, no step therapy.

Can I send a refill to PostScript mid-cycle?

Yes. Send us a new prescription anytime; our pharmacist will coordinate with the patient on their current supply.

What if a medication isn’t on your formulary?

Give us a call. We add drugs regularly based on patient requests, and can often source what you need within a week.
