Privacy Policy

Introduction. PostScript Pharmacy ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
HIPAA. As a healthcare provider we are bound by HIPAA. Your Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information we collect. Personal identification (name, date of birth, contact information); health information (prescriptions, allergies, medical history); payment information (processed securely through our payment provider); and device information for app functionality and security.
How we use your information. To process and fulfill prescription orders, communicate with you about your medications, coordinate with your healthcare providers, improve our services, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Information sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with healthcare providers involved in your care, service providers who assist our operations, and legal authorities when required by law. As a cash-pay pharmacy we do not share your information with insurance companies except at your explicit request.
Text message (SMS) program. If you opt in to text notifications, we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to send the pharmacy account notifications you signed up for. See our Text Message Program page for full details, including how to opt in and how to stop.
Data security. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your rights. Access your information; request correction or deletion; opt out of marketing communications; and request a copy of your health records. Email privacy@postscriptpharmacy.com.
Cookies & analytics. Our website uses Google Analytics to understand site usage; analytics data is not health information and is not linked to your prescriptions. We do not sell this information.

Terms of Service
Effective January 2, 2026
Acceptance. By accessing or using the PostScript Pharmacy website, mobile application, or services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Description of service. PostScript Pharmacy provides a platform for managing prescription medications, ordering over-the-counter products, and coordinating with your healthcare providers. The Services supplement, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare providers.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
Prescription services. All prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and refuse to fill any we believe may be fraudulent, harmful, or not in the patient's best interest.
Payment. You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, processed securely through our payment processor.
Governing law & oversight. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. PostScript Pharmacy is licensed by and regulated under the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy; complaints may be directed to the NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification at (603) 271-2152 or oplc.nh.gov/file-complaint.
